Huge cooking surface-cooks up to 50% more than other jumbo griddles. Large 19 in. x 15 in. cooking surface. Special tilt and fold feature allows the griddle to easily adjust from a level grilling surface for eggs and pancakes to a tilted draining surface for meats. Simply left the 5 lever to tilt the grill surface. Push the level back in to return to a level surface. Legs fold up for compact storage. Saves valuable cabinet space. Heavy cast aluminum base with a premium nonstick surface. Slide out drip tray empties easily. Fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed.

We often have large groups visiting our house and this griddle is a great addition to our kitchen. It folds pretty flat for storage, a real plus. We use it on a peninsula so the “cooks” will often be across from each other on either side of the griddle. I cook up bacon and sausage and keep that in the oven warmer. Next it’s the eggs and pancakes made to order. This thing is great. We let most folks cook their own and the kids get a big kick out of that. The temperature setting is reliable. I set the temperature at around 300 degrees and it does a good job of cooking all the items without burning them if you look away for a ten seconds. Very happy with this griddle!

Very uniform heating and very non-stick and the square shape is better than the rectangular griddles I have used. I cooked pancakes on this griddle with a set of small ones for one batch and one huge one in the middle as the second batch. All of them had very uniform golden brown color. No indications of hot spots or cooler regions. The thick aluminum bottom does its job of producing uniform heating well. Absolutely no sticking. I cooked these pancakes without putting any oil on the griddle. I used a batter that did not have any oil in it and even under those conditions there was not even a hint of sicking. The folding legs do make this griddle more convenient to store than others I have had. Finally, I prefer this griddle’s square shape over the rectangular ones I have had. It take up less counter space side to side, which is the space that is limiting. The depth was just fine for my somewhat shortish counters. The heatup time was entirely reasonable. This is an excellent griddle and I have had more than a few of them and this one has the best non-stick performance of all of them.

This is a great griddle. We’ve tried griddles that bridge the burners on our stove. They work ok. My wife uses this on the weekends to make breakfast and it is very handy. The legs fold in for easy storage and the griddle heats fairly evenly.

Works exactly as desired. Drains grease well with tilt feature and cleans up very easy. Non stick surface has remained intact so far after 5 uses. Only issue is that the unit gets pretty hot, so must make sure there is plenty to space around it when the power is on.
