New to dehydrating and I love it! The jerky gun is easy to use although it does leave some of the ground meat along the inside while using, nothing overwhelming just annoying. I’ve found that the cure and seasoning contains far too much salt for my taste. I’m learning how to make my own seasonings.

The jerky gun is very easy to use and works as advertised. However, Seasoning did not come with the gun. According to Pesto they discontinued the seasoning over 9 months ago. Home Depot apparently did not change their ad! So NO seasoning!!
