Saw is great for cutting pen blanks to size. Very limited in what it can cut. Max thickness is about 3/4″.

An amazing tool. Expensive but worth every penny. Top quality and precision are built into this saw. It is very solid and the mechanisms have no detectable slop. It is a must for repeatable precision cuts. I love this little but powerful gem. I would definitely recommend this saw for precision work and being rugged. I don’t believe a other Micro style saw can compete with this Proxxon.

The saw is excellent. I cut the tops off bullets for jewelry and other creations. I can adjust the saw to hold different size bullets and at different angles. It is size appropriate for what I am doing. Light weight enough for me and fits on my workbench perfectly. It does exactly what I need it to do.
