I purchased this Power Adapter to provide an extra power supply for a discontinued model of a Lenovo IdeaPad laptop purchased from B&H. This was recommended to me by a B&H sales rep. Although this specific Lenovo laptop is NOT listed as one of the laptops supported by this device, I found one of the 15 power connectors to be the same diameter and length as the original Lenovo power cord tip. It does charge the laptop and appears to work appropriately.

Well made with ample selectable voltage rates for all devices. Has a wide variety of tips and chart for compatibility choices. I like the included USB output for additional versatility. Better than the auto select voltage models since you are sure of the correct voltage being applied.

The power adapter works and is very versatile, with just about every conceivable plug included and the ability to adjust voltage to match just about any laptop available. The construction is shoddy. Plugs and sockets do not fit well and come loose. It is bulky and ugly. This unit is cheaper than original manufacturer’s power supplies, and it is more versatile, but the original power adapters are better constructed. Buy it if you need to save money or if you need the adapter to be used by different makes and models of laptops. If you just need to power one type of laptop and you can afford the additional expense, get an adapter made by the laptop manufacturer.

It’s brought my laptop back to life! I searched all over for something like this. B&H had it. Next time, I won’t search all over.. I’ll simply go to B&H. I know I’m in Vermont, but you’re right next to Penn Station and I’ve got daily train service from Northern VT. Can’t beat it.

I asked for a specific type of charger type for Chromebook. I provided serial number & product code.the salesman brought multiconnection charger, which would suppose to charge everything. Instead it has 30 different connections except the one that fits my Chromebook

After my laptop’s regular adapter died, I purchased this one. To my relief, it came with a large number of plugs designed to fit different computers, and it ended up suiting my Lenovo just fine. This adapter actually felt like quite a step up from the computer’s original adapter: the cord is long and it plugs into wall outlets that only allow for two prongs. The major disadvantage, in my view, is its weight — a little heavier than I expected — but that’s a minor challenge. Best of all, though, is the customer service. The adapter stopped working twelve months and a few days after I purchased it… meaning that it was already past the product’s one-year warranty. I almost didn’t call the company. When I did call them, however, they treated me with extraordinary gentleness and generosity. They agreed to honor the warranty even though it had technically expired. So I mailed them back the old product, and within a few days, they had FedEx’d me a brand-new one. Now *that’s* honorable service. Well done, Prudent Way.
