I bought the Prudent Way hdmi to vga converter to connect my new Dell laptop to a HD tv with VGA input. I tried it on two different TV’s without any luck. Message on the TV’s said mode not supported. I returned the first unit purchased, but the second one shipped to me gave the same result. Customer support at BH tried to help but was not successful. They suggested trying another brand.
