I bought these as a replacement for my 43 year old pyrex mixing bowls that broke after a shelf in my cabinet mysteriously came loose and they tumbled out shattering into a million pieces. I was heartbroken as I loved and used those bowls just about every day. At first I was going to replace them but then I decided to buy these. While they are adequate, they don’t have the same feel as the original bowls. I do like the covers though, saves on foil or wrap. I have to work a bit harder to get to the middle bowl which is the one I use most often. But as I said, they work but I’m still missing my old bowls.

These bowls have a lip which makes it easy to hold onto while mixing. The covers fit well but are not too hard to remove unlike the sculpted bowl set which has lids that are very hard to remove or put on. The size of the bowls in this set are good too. The price was around $20. Much cheaper than most others that I have seen. I am very happy with this mixing bowl set.

what could be handier that being able to prepare, serve and save your meal all in one bowl? The price was beyond super reasonable, I nearly bought this through a 3rd party but I saved over 23$ buying it here and the free shipping . . . like I said sells itself. If you are concerned they are not light like a plastic bowl but they don’t strain the wrist like you might expect.
