This is a very nice set of bowls. They can be used for cooking (microwave or oven) or storage, and are nice looking enough to be used for serving as well. They are also dishwasher safe. I like that the set has two of each size. The glass is good and strong, but not too heavy.Note that the lids cannot be used in the microwave or oven and must go on the top rack in the dishwasher (away from the heating element). The lids are a little on the thinner side and somewhat flexible. As long as you follow the listed precautions they maintain their shape and do not warp. The lids seal the bowls well enough, but are not the strongest lids/seals I’ve seen and the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.I like this set very much and definitely recommend them.

I replaced all of my old and very worn Tupperware containers with these glass Pyrex glass containers. I love them and don’t have to worry about staining – ever! In addition, no concerns with plastic leaching into food. I have no issues with the lids.

This storage set is no different. The glass containers are quality made. The tops fit like a glove – no leaks no spills!My wife reports her favorite feature is the glass containers – there are several sizes in this set. She loves the ability to take the container from the refrigerator, pop off the top and place in the microwave or oven. The other handy feature is they are dishwasher safe – no warping or melting.Price is right as this is an investment that will last for years!

I have been using Pyrex dishes for years and years and these dishes are a very nice set with the Pyrex quality as expected. This set includes 2 sets of 1 cup, 2 cup, 4 cup and 7 cup Pyrex glass dishes and red push on lids for all 8 dishes. Each set nests inside the largest 7 cup dish making it easier to store in the cupboard when not in use. These dishes can go from the refrigerator to the freezer to the microwave or oven and then into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Great set for any cook.
