I microwaved a container with the lid and the lid warped. I microwaved at 50% power so I do not know why this happened. Had this product for a little over a week and would like to know how to get a replacement.

I love the glass storage containers much better than plastic because it is cleaner, doesn’t stain, doesn’t warp, and can go from microwave to oven and vise versa. Just be careful not to put it in the microwave with the lid on or loosely on. The lids will damage easily and never fit again. Put a paper towel over your container when heating up something.
