Worked great, just have to make sure your grout line is wider then the tool blade. I would say it would work in almost all situation that you have to clean morter off before grouting or rwmoving old grout before redoing grout.

Worked as expected, I used it and a three corner carbide tool. The Carbide triangular headed tool was used for most of the grout removal.

Took a bit of elbow grease but it cleaned out everything between the tiles.

Much better than trying to use a utility knife.

This saw worked great and had enough clearance not to scratch the tiles in the process which happened with the last tool I tried. I would recommend this tool as it worked perfectly.

Easily removed the old grout. Did not need to use too much pressure to scrap out the old grout.

Sure you can pay a lot more for an electric grout removal system but this little dude got with the program and prepped and skimmed the old grout ready for the new. If you don’t want to hear the scraping like you used to prank on the classroom blackboard buy a set of earplugs. Handle is comfortable and sturdy and the carbide blade bites the grout.

Works great especially for smaller places. Buy extra blade because they wear fairly quickly if you’re going a larger area or project.

Worked well for removal of cracked subway tile from shower.

The device fit perfectly in my hand, and the grit portion of it effectively, and easily removes the old grout. When it clogs, I simply rinse away the grout, and it is good to go again.
