Bought the tool today and used to cut a hole for a soap dispenser into our Cesarstone countertop. The tool worked perfectly (no skidding) it took 2-3 minutes to cut through using my 12v cordless drill. I was first concerned that the hole size might be too big for a soap dispenser (Moan) which requires 1-1/8″ hole, but was told by Moan’s Rep who happened to be at The Home Depot today that the 1-3/8′ also work.

I intended to buy a 1 1/2 in. hole saw, but went I got to the store they were out. I needed a hole in a granite desktop to pass a power cord through. This seem like it would do the trick, so I purchased it. It worked out great. The water cup system not only keeps the blade cooler which will prolong its life, but also eliminates dust. The gasket system prevented any leaks. I stopped when I hit the wood substrate, as I didn’t want the burnt wood smell. I switched to a wood hole saw and finished the hole. The installers put a 2″ inch hole in the center of the desktop for cords, and dust went everywhere and the burnt wood smell took hours to dissipate. I used a Milwaukee 1/2 in cordless drill and it worked great. Just put moderate pressure and let the hole saw do its job.

This product did a wonderful job of cutting holes in ceramic tile. The best tile hole saw I’ve ever used.

I needed to drill a hole in my 1″ granite counter top for an instant hot water faucet. After researching, I decided to go with this over a $50 – $80 bit. I was nervous, but it worked like a charm, well almost. The blue cup would not stick long enough to complete the hole. Luckily, my wife was home, so she was able to slowly pour water as I drilled. For $20, it worked better than I expected, and I would feel confident drilling a second hole, but not needed.

This was brought to help setting up the eSpring under the sink. We used another BIT and tried for more than 1 hr and completely failed. I saw some videos on then decided to buy. Once we got and followed the steps on how to use. I could get the hole on 1 1/2 Inch Granite within 10 min. The Hole Saw is excellent and I would surely recommend to others.Only one problem that I noticed was the Pads came off when we the hole was getting deeper and the water started spilling around. The Pad and guard is useful for getting started and after sometime once we have a good depth achieved we can let go the pad and guards.Absolutely Rock start in drilling the Hole and we got what we needed.

Was a bit skeptical at 1st considering drilling into my beautiful granite counter top, but this drill bit is the one. Had no issues with its’ use drilled right through it perfectly. Worst issue is this is a bit of a messy process. I placed a plastic bag under the drill area worked great for this

This hole saw cut through my tile great. The guide that comes with it made it very easy to line up exacty where I needed to cut. I’ll be getting alot of use out of it.

If you need to make a perfect hole in tile this is the product. Will create a hole that is just the right size for 1/2 water pipe to fit through and fittings to be attached and screwed on. The stickers only last one application and trying to extend their use can damage the tile.

This hole saw went through porcelain tile like butter. I spent 10 minutes cuttng a whole with a cheaper version and ended up chipping the tile very badly. With this QEP saw I was able to cut the hole in lest than 30 seconds. The hole was clean with very little chipping. The water deliver system is brilliant and work fantastic

Worked great and cheaper than just a tile bit in the regular hole saw section.

Worked great and cut through the ceramic tile I was installing very quickly. I do a lot of bathroom shower tile installs and should have purchased this earlier for cutting the hole for the showerhead pipe.

Great product but would help a good deal if the shaft had flat sides so the drill would get a better grip
