Worked great. It was easy to smooth cut edges on rectified porcelain to make them look much like factory cuts. Also works to remove small bits left from incomplete cuts, finish off inside corners, etc.

Files down any edges or curves without chipping the tile. Depending on how much you need to sand down you might need to put a little work into it

ImpressiveIt seems to easy. A few strokes on a tile’s edge and the file is covered with tile dust. I then shake it in a disposable cup of water and file some more.

Exactly what I was looking for. The tile men used a not sharp blade so there were little chips on a couple of the cut edges. This smoothed them right out in just minutes.

Use file to shave down approx. 1/8 inch off three sides of a 2” X 2’ piece of 1/8 inch thick glass to make it fit into a window frame. Instructions for the file provided guidance for tile but none for glass. It worked great! Need to take your time and slowly work the edge wetting file often.

I was able to file the cut edges of my subway tiles. Worked great also to open up a hole I drilled for the faucet a little off center.

flat and round sides make it versatile. It may be a bit more course than I had expected so I have to be careful and then finish with the sanding stone.
