Used expansion card to add Crucial MX500 M.@ type 2280SS SSD to QNAP TS – 453Be NAS. Item was well boxed and included everything needed for the install. Simply fitted the correct bracket (included) load the SSD’s and had it up and running in no time. No issues the card is preforming as expected.

Very easy to install. Just make sure you get the right m.2 cards, Sata not Pci-e. I got the wrong ones first time around and was scratching my head wondering why the drives would not show up. Got the right ones and the caching is very fast. Transfer rates are great and make file transfers much quicker. Highly Recommended

Card wasn’t recognized after install, I had to update the bios of the enclosure. After that it still wasn’t seen, QNAP support had to modify my software. It now works, adds a good boost to I/O of the enclosure. This card can also be installed into a Windows PC to add M.2 drives to a computer. Good price.
