Install the QXP-W6-AX200 Wireless Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 PCIe Network Card into an available PCIe 2.0 x1 slot for fast and reliable connections to Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) networks. This dual-band adapter is designed to deliver up to 2400 Mb/s over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies with compatible devices. It also offers Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for Windows PCs when plugged into an internal USB connection. Additionally, it includes a powerful antenna with a magnetic base that can be adjusted for optimal signal reception. The QXP-W6-AX200 is compatible with both Windows- and Linux-based systems in addition to select QNAP NAS enclosures. It comes with a full height bracket pre-installed and includes half-height low-profile brackets to fit in your system.

Adapter is not in compatibility list for QNAP-TVS-471. Waited for B&H to get in stock to purchase. Price reasonable for QNAP compatibility adapter. Just any WIFI adapter will not be recognized by the QNAP operating system. Installed QNAP QXP-W6-AX200 Wireless Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 PCIe Network Card in my QNAP-TVS-471. Installed in PCIe Gen 2 x4 slot first, but server did not recognize. Move to PCIe Gen 3 x8 with my finger crossed the QNAP-TVS-471 recognized adapter and I was able to finish configuration. Works as expected and connected at 866 Mbps as I only have a AC Router. Hopefully a AX router is in my future.

I received the card and installed the alternate back-plate for the TS-253D. I then plugged it into the mainboard. The plate and hole did not line up to accept the securing screw, but I filed the hole a little larger on the back panel and the screw went right in. You shouldn’t have to do that but there was no other solution. Happier to report the card is working and performing great. I only have an AC router but get a solid 866 @ 5GHz. Being able to put the NAS anywhere in my home without using a bridge is a big plus. Zero complaints with this card. B&H obviously shipped it to me quickly, thank you!

Unit performs as advertised and is high quality. – it includes 3 different brackets for various housing types – the antenna looks very slick and has a magnet at the bottom which is really clever.
