I purchased a qnap nas on ebay and they did not come with trays or the keys. This fit the bill and works on my TS-469 Pro. Comes with screws, tray and 2 keys. FYI, keys are all the same cut.

I love it

Comparing this tray with a QNAP original, they are identical. The new tray includes two sets of screws, one set of four each for either a 2.5 or 3.5″ drove. B&H has been a reliable supplier to my businesses for almost fifteen years.

Tray’s came as expected, and put into use, easy transaction. All went well.

The product is exactly what I was expecting but I mainly bought it for the keys as we had lost the ones we had and they were nearly impossible to find online thanks to COVID. It still took like 3-4 months to get this in because it was on backorder but once we got this in I was finally able to replace a failed hard drive.

As expected. Original QNAP HD Tray. It came with 2 keys and HDD mounting screws.
