I am impressed with this pot. I love the spout to drain my pasta. The lid is awesome too! The handles never get hot so I no longer need a pot holder. I cooked Spaghetti in it and lasagna, and chicken and roast. I just can’t stop using it! I hand washed it because it said to and it’s to big to put it in the dishwasher anyways. I wished I had this a long time ago. I got it as a sample and I must say it’s the best pot I ever had. I can see thru the glass lid also. The lid is 14 inches by 10 inches. The pot is inside 13 by 9 inches. The handles to handle is 17 inches. The color is beautiful and rich looking. It is made with hard enamel and that’s a good feature. It’s all non stick interior and those grippy handles are awesome because I really get a hold of the pot with out slipping. The lid is tempered glass. The oval shape is what I like most because I can make spaghetti with out breaking it to fit the pot. My lasagna fits right in there and never breaks. Love it! It fits one burner too! It makes 8 quarts. This has to be my favorite pot and I probably will buy all of the other ones she make now.

I was not even aware that I needed this pot until I tried it. It was fantastic. My pasta cooked evenly and I did not even have to break it in half. The pan fit perfectly on my stovetop and I really liked the red pop of color in my kitchen. This pot is even big enough for my enormous batches of spaghetti! I also really liked the built in drain spout so I could drain the pasta without using a collander. That was very convenient.

The Rachel Ray 8 quart non-stick pot is the most beautifully colored and sleek pot I’ve ever owned. I would buy this product and many more by Rachael Ray because her products are sturdy and hold quite a bit of food. I’ve always been aware of her products but never tried them. I would recommend her cookware to everyone i know this is a great product and the price is good for the quality.

This is the first Rachel Ray sauce pan that I have ever owned. I never knew the difference a pan could do in making my pasta come out literally perfect.

The unique shape is great! It has to be used on a slant because of such yet still seems to heat evenly. The pouring notch is fantastic, and clear lids are always a plus with me.

This pasta pot is so Awesome!!! It cooked the spaghetti noodles whole and evenly. I was able to mix my sauce right into the pot too. And the color makes for a nice accent when serving. The lid makes it easy to strain the noodles too. All around a great pot

We make pasta all the time and I was searching for a good pasta pot. One that didn’t burn, one that was big enough to hold at least 2 pounds of pasta at one cooking, and on that didn’t get all pock marked and weirdly stained from any salt we put in the water. This pot was great on all accounts. I love the color. It’s nice to have a pot that is something other than black or silver. I love the size. Perfect for at least 2 pounds of pasta and then some. It gives my pasta a ton of room so I don’t have to fill it to the very top and it doesn’t boil over. It washed well, all the pasta starch came out, the pasta was cooked evenly, and no burning of the pot or the pasta. Best of all, the pot did not get stained in any way from the added salt or pasta starch. I absolutely love this pot and would buy the whole line of these pots and pans.

This product is very durable compared to many of the pots I own. It has a unique design especially with the beautiful red color it has which makes you easily fall inlove with it. It has two handles that have a hand grip which makes it easy to drain water from it. I would definitely recommend this item!

I have several pieces of Rachael Ray enamel cookware and they are all great quality, this pasta pot included! It’s really sturdy and thick, so I imagine this pot will hold up as well as the others which I have owned for a few years now. The 8 quart size is perfect for large meals or roasting a whole chicken. I’m not quite sold on the oval shape. It fits spaghetti perfectly (see photo), but the box says the oval shape keeps the large pot from covering other burners. It did leave plenty of room for the upper burners of my cooktop, but it’s so wide that it extended into the area of the burner beside it. It’s shown in the photo, but I have a glass cooktop so you have to look closely to see what I mean. The shape is also a little awkward when trying to drain water, so I’m not sold on it’s use as a pasta pot. Where I think it shines is as a roasting pan. It can fit a whole chicken or a roast and it is oven safe to 350 degrees. Perfect for a low and slow roast! As mentioned before, I don’t like that it extends into the area of other stovetop burners, however I would highly recommend as a roaster- in a beautiful color to boot!

I use this pot for every thing I love it so much. i had to go out a buy another one just to have a spare when one is dirty. it’s the best pot I have ever owned, 4 months later and it’s still in the best shape compared to pots iv had a for a shorter amount of time.

I wish I had this wonderful multi-use pot sooner ! There is all over Even cooking with the Cucina . Of course it’s perfect for boiling Pasta. But Don’t Stop There ! I just cooked a pot full of Rolled Cabbage and another pot of Rolled Grape leaves …PERFECTLY ! This pot cooks so evenly and consistently , that you don’t have to continually be checking it. The Shape of the pot makes filling and layering items so easy thereby managing to put more items in than a regular shaped pot. Thank you Rachael Ray for inventing it. I’m glad I was able to test this out! Plus love the color!
