I got this pot a week ago and absolutely love it! I have cooked all kinds of things in it such a chicken and dumplings, soup, lasagna, and grilled cheeses in the griddle. The pot and griddle are made of great quality and material. The teal color is beautiful with a nice sparkle to it. The only downfall to the pot is when there is food in it, it gets heavy so you have to be careful putting it in the oven or taking it out. The nonstick surface is also really good and it cleans very well.

This is a real color cast iron pot with skillet lid. It’s very durable and heavy in weight because it’s cast iron with green enamel coating to set this set up very nicely! I used the skillet/griddle top to make a one pan dish and it didn’t stick or scratch, or scorch. My impression for this Rachel Ray pot set is going to last years to come. I’m very impressed with the durability of it. I’d say it’s a top item for your kitchen, as to doing two items instead of one pan and pot. Also, bacon on the griddle top turned out nice and brown, evenly cooked.

I live that it can go fromStove top to oven and that you can use the pan and lid together or separately. Every casserole I have cooked has turned out in the recipe’s time frame and was fully cooked. The casserole dish and lid are HEAVY. Not a negative, but something to be aware of. When full it is a little heavy to get out of the oven.

I bought this Rachel Ray casserole dish two & one it’s cast iron and heavy I absolutely love it.First the enamel is beautiful and sparkling very smooth to touch it didn’t fade the enamel while cooking or even leave a mark.I made chicken pesto and didn’t even stick there was no need for pre oiling the griddle or pot with burned on cheese it cleaned up easily with hot water and wiped clean that I like. some cast iron pots & pans tend to stick even with prior oiling but not this one.The handles are nice and wide for easy removal of hot griddle or pot when lifting that’s a nice feature also.my overall opinion of this cast iron two & one is id absolutely recommend this if you love to use cast iron and love cooking & baking I finally found my favorite.

This casserole double duty pot set is gorgeous! I can cook stews with ease and with one pot. I can brown the meat in the griddle pan and start the vegetables in 4qt pan. I then dump the meat from the griddle pan into the 4qt container. Then use the griddle pan as a lid. These pans cook evenly and heat up nicely. They are heavy duty and great quality.

I have not used this yet, but I just unboxed it about 20 minutes ago. I have the full Rachel Ray cook set and utensils, so I was excited to add this to my collection. It is very heavy duty and sturdy. I don’t make casseroles much, but mainly due to not having any good cookware for it. The cast iron is really nice and I love the color. I received the Rachael Ray 4 Quart Casserole with 11″ Griddle lid and absolutely love it. It is very sturdy and well made. I also love the teal shimmer color. It makes a great addition to my kitchen. I love the fact that it is a multi use pot. You can use the pot and lid together or you can use the lid as a standalone griddle. It is also oven safe up to 500 degrees. It does get heavy when the pot is full so you need to be careful when placing it in the oven and taking it out. It works well for searing meat and is also very easy to clean. I have used it to make stew as well as grilled cheese with the griddle. I love the possibilities with it. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this dutch oven. So far I’ve only used it to bake a loaf of bread inside, and it was 100% nonstick. The enamel glaze is beautiful. It’s heavy enough to have the advantages of an iron dutch oven, but not too heavy to handle.
