I LOVE my Rachel Ray Covered Dutch Oven, Light Blue Shimmer. First of all, the color is very beautiful. It has the specks of shimmer that make it that much more beautiful. It is also a high quality Dutch Oven. It is heavy duty and I know it will last a very long time. It is an enameled cast iron Dutch oven and can also be used in the oven, and it cooks evenly. It is perfect for dishes being made anytime of the year but especially those special ones made for the fall and winter months. It is worth the value! I recommend to everyone. Every home needs one!!

I’m so happy I finally got an enameled cast iron Dutch oven! I’ve been wanting one for the longest time! It has a nice pale aqua color with a slight glimmer. I used it to roast a leg of lamb the other night and it turned out amazing! It was very easy to clean out afterwards.

I’ve used this to start to bake bread, and it comes out great even without kneading required! It is heavy however (that is how it’s supposed to be) and gets pretty hot. I have not tried using it as a casserole pot but i will soon enough here

I love Rachel Ray’s line of pots and pans! I am planning a lot of holiday cooking, and needed this 6.5 qt covered Dutch oven. I absolutely love the light blue sparkly outside , and it’s a very sturdy, durable pot. The cover is easy to put on and it stays put. It cooks the food to perfection, and is so easy to clean. It is large and a tad bit heavy though, so you have to be careful for that when moving it. I have gotten so many compliments on this piece. I love it and highly recommend it!

This Dutch oven is gorgeous! Not only is this shade of blue perfect, but if you look closely it is glittery! Love it!!The Dutch oven is huge!! Perfect for big batch cooking or cooking for a crowd. It’s also super heavy. I was worried about breaking the lid when I took it on and off during cooking. Luckily it is very sturdy. Everything cooked evenly and quickly. The top of the lid’s temperature was not an issue to move on and off. FYI, the handles of the actual Dutch oven do get VERY hot and are not “usable” during and even after cooking!I love that the Dutch oven is enamel covered, so there is no special cleaning requirements!! That’s a must in my house, as I don’t have time to do this. It was easy to clean!

I would give this 5 stars but it’s so heavy and once you add the food to it, it’s even heavier. That’s my only complaint about it but it being cast iron gives it a good reason for being heavy. Now for the pros! I love color and it’s so easy to cook with! I’ve only had it about a week and I’ve used it 2 times to cook with. It cooks everything very well I didn’t have anything to stick in it so it made it easy to wash. It does say to hand wash only so make sure to only do that!

I’ve used my Rachael Ray covered dutch oven a few times now and it works great. It’s perfect for making soups and stews as well as one pot meals. It cooks evenly and the lid fits securely making it easy to store my leftovers. I did have an issue with the enamel peeling off of the edge of the lid. It doesn’t seem to affect the product in any way but it was disappointing to have peeling after just a few uses. Overall it’s a good product.

The first thing about this I liked was the appearance. It is a pretty light blue with a light shimmer/glitter to it. It is quite heavy, as it is cast iron. I love cast iron, but, it is usually hard to clean. But, this is enamel coated, so, that actually makes it super easy to clean. I like that I can go right from oven to table with this, as it is so beautiful that it makes a great entree centerpiece. You can bake it covered up to 350 degrees F or 500 F uncovered. And, because it is enamel, there is no seasoning required like with traditional cast iron. I love this and I replaced my old favorite and passed that one on to a new home. This will be used often.

The shimmer is stunning! Definitely a pretty way to serve food or bring something to a pot luck! This pot is heavy and cooks very evenly. Fortunately it’s also very easy to clean. First Dutch oven that I’ve owned. Was easy to use and my wife loved the color. I cook often and this made it so easy to make a roast without having to feel like you have to tend to it while on low heat. We have used this a few times and we absolutely love this Dutch oven. It’s very high quality as it’s heavy but durable at the same time. It’s very easy to clean which is really appreciated with a busy schedule. The handles on the side make it very easy to transport around the oven. We made an Irish stew that was cooked to perfection using this. We’ve made this several other ways but this time it was perfect. All in all a great product that I would highly recommend!
