The gold mStand Laptop Stand from Rain Design lifts your notebook 6″, so you can have a better viewing experience. This stand is compatible with most MacBooks, MacBook Pros, and laptops that have a depth under 10.3″. It positions the laptop’s display to eye level, improving your posture. With a tilt design, it angles the computer’s keyboard so you can still see and have access to the keys. To keep your desk organized, a cable outlet is on board. Furthermore, the mStand is constructed from a single piece of aluminum, which acts as a heat sink to cool your computer.

This stand does exactly what it says. It’s nice looking and matches your laptop/Apple Display/iMac. It has rubber on top to protect your laptop and rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding. I would recommend and buy it again.

Was lucky enough to be introduced to this laptop stand at my previous job. Then moved to a new company and needed a stand to elevate my MacBook and use it as a second screen (flat screen monitor being the primary). Looked at a number of stands (online and in store), but kept coming back to the MStand. Perfect height and angle. Keeps cords out of the way. Gives me a little extra desk space below. Well built, well designed, solid piece of aluminum that looks great with my MacBook. As a solid piece, it has some heft to it, so not a portable stand. Stays on your desk and becomes a base. Lots of options out there. Buy this one and you won’t be disappointed.

I love this product, and I now own two! I have a 15 MacBook Pro that I use for work and personal. I purchased the first stand for my work office, and the neck strain I felt was elimated as my computer was at eye level. I loved it so much I purchased this one for home. It is very sturdy, well constructed, and I would recommend it to everyone who owns a MB Pro to alleviate neck/shoulder strain, you will not regret it!

They bring our laptop screens up to the perfect height–high enough to protect neck and posture, yet still low enough that we can easily type. I love this laptop stand for several reasons. First of all the price was great. Second, when I opened the packagege I was so amazed at how beautifully designed this stand is and how it matched my brand new MAC MacBook Pro laptop perfectly. It’s also very sturdy and very well engineered! So that got me excited. And third, when I placed my lap top on the stand it brought the screen right up to where it needed to be for a comfortably view. I have a 17 Toshiba laptop and it adds just the right amount of lift. My laptop does slide down a bit because my laptop does not have a straight edge. I added some lines of hot glue on the surface of the riser for added friction and now my laptop doesn’t slide. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.
