Have seen similar products costing much more with fewer items. This was a good deal and am considering buying one for my other vehicles and just leaving them in the trunk. Had this one with me in on a cross country 4000 mile trip which started long before the tornadoes and was passing through Oklahoma City/Joplin Missouri during the preliminary storms the day the first ones hit, but, didn’t need to use it. Just a security blanket.

I was trained in survival by the army and I got stuck in a snowdrift in Oregon’s costal range in 93. I’ve always carried basic survival equipment in my car.This is a good, basic survival kit for two people that you can carry in the car. (It’s in my Honda.) You could spend a couple of days in the snow, or the desert, with this kit. It’s in a basic rucksack, so you could walk for help, although it’s better to stay with you car, wrecked aircraft etc.
