The Rejuvenate Bio-Enzymatic Title and Grout Cleaner is a non-toxic cleaning solution, with a pleasant smell and not harsh on hands. It can be used with a regular mop or scrubbing mop (i.e Sonic Duo mop); per the instructions, I didn’t dilute the solution and just applied it on the tile floor. I was a bit worried because with other brands using full strength leaves the floor either sticky or slippery and the smell is quite over-bearing; with this tile and grout cleaner, the floor wasn’t sticky or slippery and the floors have a light sheen to them – almost like the sheen in satin paints. As far as its cleaning ability, i think it performs just as well other tile and grout cleaners; time will tell for the bio-enzymatic ability, which is supposed to lighten the floors with each subsequent use. Either way, I like that it’s non-toxic, gets the job done, and my house doesn’t have to smell like vinegar ^_^ !

After receiving Bio-Enzymatic tile and grout cleaner, we finally had a chance to apply it to our tile flooring and we were genuinely surprised that it worked as described. Easy application as we transferred the liquid to an empty sprayer bottle to evenly distribute as we made sure we had enough to cover all our kitchen tiles and hallway areas that needed some revitalizing. 3 easy steps as we followed the directions. Sprayed small areas, mopped to evenly cover the sprayed tiles and grout, waited for it air dry and then rinsed mop with clean water and then remopped area. Let it dry and tiles and grout showed markedly cleaner than prior to using Bio Enzymatic cleaning solution. We re applied to areas that required more cleaning and we were satisfied with the results. Will definitely purchase and use again as needed.

Have looked for a real grout cleaner forever! I was very, very, very happy to see how well this cleans up the grout! It works well on light to moderate stains but need to use multiple times for stubborn stains. Still easier and cheaper to use this cleaner than to hire a grout cleaning company. We waited until we moved and then came back in to clean. Took us a full day to clean but we gave about 500 square feet of grouted tile. We have porcelain tile and I noticed this product seemed to bring back the tile shine!

I had previously used this cleaner in the 24oz spray bottle (which costs around $6, or 25 cents an ounce), and was quite pleased with it. This is the 128oz bulk version that costs about 20 cents an ounce.The product is intended for use as a daily cleaner to manage mold and mildew, for example in a shower. It can also be used to cut through significant buildups of mold/mildew, but only with many applications and a good deal of scrubbing. It definitely works though – after about a week I could see the red mold in my shower stall turn black, and most of it came off by itself, aided by a bit of scrubbing.The only problem I have with this bulk container is that it just doesn’t offer a big enough discount to make up for the fact that you have to provide your own spray bottle. Pouring it straight from the jug makes no sense, as it has the consistency of water and will spill all over without hitting the intended target. You can buy four spray bottles of this product for the same cost as one jug, and yes, you’re getting 20% less product, but you have four spray bottles you can keep near each shower, tub, or kitchen counter in your home. I think that’s worth the extra cost per oz.Perhaps the best overall solution is to buy the number of 24oz spray bottles you need for your home, and then buy this 128oz jug to refill each as required. You’ll definitely appreciate that the product works while being non-toxic and having a pleasant aroma.

This is a product that you must get if your tiles and grout need cleaning. I have to say I was a skeptic and wasn’t sure that this product would work, but decided to give it a try. Was I ever wrong! This product was simple to use and definitely cleaned the tile and grout! You generously apply the product. Then you let it air dry. After it is dry you use a wet cloth or mop and your tiles and grout lighten! I had not told my husband I did this and when he came home he even noticed the change in the tiles and grout. A must have!
