I have used similar blades with my equipment at home. Easy to attach, easy to use. The blade was being used to help with installation of a bathroom vanity in my home. I made intricate cuts to remove baseboard trim so that the vanity could be snug against the wall. The blade it made the job easy.

Tool does great on wood and sheetrock, however not so good on metals except for nails it will cut those off ok. You have to use a different blade though.
