Great wood cutting oscillating tool tool. Worked exactly as i needed it to, and it cut very well. I generally prefer buying multi purpose cutting (wood/metal or wood w/ nails) but this thing cuts wood very well, almost like butter. It attached perfectly on my Red branded tool. I will definitely check out more ridgid attachments in the future when I am considering brands to buy.

The Rigid Jobmax 1-1/4 inch Japanese Tooth Blade worked wonders on cutting my molding. The teeth are staggered on the blade which apparently makes for a very smooth and easy cut. I used it on my cutoff type tool to make easy work of installing the floor and cabinet molding. It appears to be very well made and of high quality. It is universal so it easily fitted on my tool.

From my experience, Ridgid tools have always been durable, well designed, and at a price that won’t break the bank. The Japanese Tooth Multi-Tool Blade from Ridgid maintains this standard and is a great blade to have in your tool box if you own an oscillating tool. I own a Rockwell oscillating tool and the universal fit for the Ridgid blade fit perfectly. I wanted to test the claim that Ridgid makes on that package. The claim is that the Ridgid blade can cut, on average, 40% faster than standard wood-cutting blades. My first cut was with the standard wood-cutting blade that came with my Rockwell oscillating tool. Now full disclosure, this blade was not brand new so the cutting time was likely impacted a bit by this. With that being said, the standard tool cut a piece of wood in 40 seconds. I then switched to the Ridgid blade and cut the same piece of wood. The claim is legitimate, because the Ridgid blade cut the wood in 12 seconds. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wood-cutting blade.

This Rigid 1-1/4″ Japanese Tooth Multi-Tool Blade for Wood Cutting, Part No. A24-JM31 fits Rigid, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Bosch, Dremel, Fein, Rockwell, Craftsman and Dewalt Tools. It has Metric and Imperial depth of cut markings on the side of the blade. What makes this a nicer cutting blade, although it makes a thicker cut, is the upper and lower teeth. This provides up a 40% increase in speed when cutting through wood products.

I was happy to see that the Ridgid Jobmax blade (universal fit) fit in my Rockwell Sonicrafter oscillating tool as sometimes “universal fit” is really not universal. I first tried it out in an old scrap piece of fine molding and it made a plunge cut effortlessly. So I then decided to really put it to the test by making a plunge cut into a scrap piece of oak. Again a nice cut.

I sometimes use cheap blades on my multi-tool, but more than often they aren’t the best. This was my first time trying a Ridgid blade and I was impressed within minutes. I installed this on my Ryobi multi-tool and went to work on a 2×4 to check it out. It went through the wood like butter. Real smooth with a very clean cut. When I have any wood jobs that need a cut, this is one of the first blades I’m going to reach for.

I like the initial cutting speed but it doesn’t stay sharp very long when you hit hidden staples and nails in what one is demolishing. Way overpriced for the length of use, less than a day. Would rather have a bimetal /wood blade material.

I own several Rigid tools, I recieved this multi tool blade and I am very happy with the durability and quality of cut. This blade cuts clean and I did not experience any tear out of the wood I was working with. There is a scale built in on the face of the blade that helps you control the depth of cut. This blade would be a great addition to anyone’s tool box.

Cuts well. Yet, these blades have a short life. However, I am a construction worker. And I use my tools often. But if you arw a homeowner and only need this blade for a small job it will do you well.

Used them to shave about 1/16th of an inch off a flat surface. Worked great.

I am impressed with the durability of this blade. I was surprised that this blade didn’t bend while I was cutting and applying pressure. Adding the measurement on the blade was a nice add-on feature. I knew there’d be possible wires and cutting through in a controlled manner was important. Some of the teeth bent a little but I was really rough with it.
