Great idea to buy these if you have a 10 inch miter saw and a 12 inch dual bevel sliding miter saw, or any other 2 saws . You dont have to un bolt the saw from the bracket, you simply un clip the bracket from one saw and clip on the other saw to the stand . Now you dont need 2 stands. Change saws in 30 seconds.

I am glad that Ridgit finally made these braces affordable. I own an AC9946 stand and wanted to use it for multiple tools besides my miter saw. I have mounted a planer, band saw, drill press, miter saw and router table on plywood platforms equipped with these braces. I am able to mount whichever tool I need at the time on my saw stand. Works great since I have limited space in my workshop. The new price makes it affordable to buy enough braces to equip all my tools. Thanks again Ridgit for doing the right thing.
