Fantastic. Perfect item

Set up was easy. The roller arms have a lot of adjustment in them. Solidly built, does not wobble.

For a cheaper mount and table, it works like it should. Sturdy, doesn’t tip over with all the weight. Wish the side extensions came out a little further. Other than that, it’s solid.

Love it. It stores easily and makes it so I can just wheel my saw in and out of my shed and not break my back while using it!

This thing is great but…. the wheels are not wide enough to trust an uneven roll without a second grip on it in dolly mode. The saw that is on sale at the same time is too heavy and it will not stand on end as expected. The end with the wheels doesn’t have a convenient handle to grab when extending the legs after transport. After you get it set up it works great.

Easy to assemble and adjust. Sturdy yet lightweight. A terrific value.

I don’t usually think of a tool as pretty but seem to with this one. It comes wellpacked using cardboard inserts without any styrofoam and the usual accompanying nuisance static cling tiny balls and/or little pieces. Label on the box says 67 lbs but my pricy digital scale says 39 lbs. Assembled weight not counting the two pieces that attach to the saw (they go where the saw goes) reads 28 lbs. My Milwaukee cordless 7 1/2” with those two pieces attached and weighed without battery comes in at 30 lbs for a total of 58 lbs plus whatever the battery being used is. The included fasteners are nicely finished in a black oxide. The only mod that I did was add a 1” fender washer to each of the four saw mounting positions because the Milwaukee holes are recessed for what looks like a hex head (these are hex drive socket heads) and I wanted a better grip than the included smaller washers provided. The roller end supports have built in material stops but do not flip into position. You have to adjust the end piece little bit higher. Easily done with the one large knob. The square recesses they ride up and down in are fully lined with a plastic insert and flap cut into it for the knob thread to press against. Appears to hold position well. Extending the bar lengths is tinker free with large on/off binding levers. The stand is very stable. I wasn’t on perfectly level concrete so there must be enough flex in the saw to have all four feet securely seated since9 there was no rocking at all. I like the front style saw bracket releases rather than the reach over the saw type becoming popular today. You still reach over to give the brackets a tiny lift over the back cross table member but the fit lets this happen with good feedback of the small on/off slip fit force designed into it. The stand looks good. Love at first sight. A large Phillips is used to mount the handle. The rest are metric. A hex drive or wrench for the saw to bracket bolts and a 13 mm and 8 mm wrench for the wheel axels. The ultra shallow cut into the axels next to the threaded section for the 8 mm requires one of those thin stamped metal wrenches (1/16”)(2mm) which I just happened to have in one of my odd tool drawers. Otherwise a small vice grip or pipe wrench should do just fine but you will need something with a good hold since all the nuts come with a small section of nylon ring locker. Torque fasteners down in stages until just firm. Don’t kill them it’s not a farm tractor. Female threading for the handle is actually aluminum. Be smart. If you are new to tightening fittings get a friend who isn’t. I spent a lot of time and thought researching choices out there before picking this one. At least for my needs it is perfect. I was a little hesitant about buying it until it got here and now I am very happy this was my choice. Hope this helps.

Great quality and reasonably priced

Seems like a nice stand at first impression, nice light weight build for the $. Can’t rate it excellent due to not having used it much. Would recommend especially for the homeowner/handyman, I can’t recommend tools to pro’s as I am not one myself.

Id give a 5 star. But the diagram, photos, and instruction photos all show a moveable back piece that holds miter to stand. Also it shows it in the very VERY back. Truth is that bolt is half way up the stand. But out of all the brands. This one is still in my opinion the best. Ive been doing construction for over 20 years.

So happy to finally have a mobile miter saw stand and not have to cut material with my saw on the ground. This one rolls well, is sturdy when set up, and well priced. I also like the having adjustable material supports as part of the stand. My miter saw had a weird attachment configuration with one hole in the back middle so I did have to fabricate a way to attach.

Actually returned this product due to price reduction on other another RIDGID product.

Very pleased with this stand. Nice compromise for DIYer if you want some portability and a way to fold and stow your miter saw in between projects. Not as funky or unstable as the rolling stands – if youre not pro going to different sites every day – but way more manueverable than heavier stands with no wheels. I’m using stand with big 12″ Dewalt 779 which is a beast and hard to move around even unattached. Dewalt fits great on Ridgid mounting brackets (included) and allows me to move saw around now like its on a hand cart. Pretty sweet. PLEASE NOTE: Dewalt base must be beefier than Ridgid saw base because mounting bolts (included) are a little short. If you are mounting Dewalt saw, just buy four M8 bolts that are 1/4″ – 1/2″ longer to fasten saw directly to brackets.

Solid built, very strong and steady. You would be disappointed!

A very well made stand. Heavy duty. Easy to use. I like the way the legs fold and unfold. At $99 you can’t beat the price for what you get.
Clinton Bergstrom (verified owner) –
High quality product at a great price. Bought two of them.

Much heavier duty than you would expect, perfect for being mobile and having a tool that I know will last for me.
