This is great for using on tile or trim to get the perfect fit in difficult situations such as where flooring tile meets a bath tub or notching trim to meet an irregular shaped object. It is made of hard plastic and is very durable yet lightweight. Excellent product to have on hand.

Good size for most uses. After contour is taken, it tends to hold the shape. Easier to trace onto another surface than the wire type contour gauges.

This gauge is easy to use. However, it seems to be too easy. It will conform to the shape you choose, but there is no way to lock that shape and if your pencil puts too much pressure against the unit, you might change it.
