So far I recommend the bags I’ve not had mine for very long and I’ve only used my shop vac for a couple of small cleaningsMy son took it to his house to clean a couple of couches that were given to him (filled with dog hair) He used that first before using an upholstry cleaner He removed the bag because the upholstery cleaner didn’t take out all of the water The suction on the upholstery cleaner wasn’t nearly as good as the suction on the Ridgid shop vac (which I also recommend)We’ll see how well the bag does when being placed back onThere were mixed reviews some saying the bag rips easy

I like these dust bags a lot. They reduce the need for frequent cleaning of filters and make disposal a much cleaner process. I would give the bags an excellent rating but the seal between the vacuum and the bag while very good, does allow some dust not to be captured by the bag.
