Have enjoyed not listening to the compressor while installing decorative trim moldings around the baseboards. So far I have completed about 100 feet times 2, with fewer than 10 nails that didn’t counter sink. Some were because I was playing with the adjustment and some were because of the location under counters and near the inside corners. I have been going back and forth with 2 different size nails going through the baseboards, stop, and then shoe moldings fianaly attaching to the studs. One of my better purchases.

To say I’m super happy with this purchase would be an understatement. I was starting a trim job when I received it, pulled it out of the box, loaded nails put in a fully charged battery2.0 and did laid baseboards and casing through a 1300 sq ft home on a single charge. Time will tell if it holds up but 2 thumbs up from me! Only comment I would make and it’s not necessarily negative but I cannot shoot a whole clip of nails. It will not shoot the last 3-4 nails without reloading.

Everything about this tool is Ridgid quality, except that I found out TOO LATE that it does not use the standard 18gauge nails and the right ones are hard to find. I would never have bought it had I known.

this nailgun is awesome I don’t know what other it’s saying about jamming and not been able to drive nails all the way maybe they should read the manual and learn how to adjust the gun also buying good nails that have the right angle it’s important I have my gun for about 3 months now and use it all the time no jams or proud nails so far .my coworker has a Milwaukee gun and he likes mine better !
