The angle grinder comes ready to use. Easy to use as well. Just know when getting the different blades you need an attachment so the metal cutter or other blades dont wobble. It doesnt come with the attachment but according to instructions looks like it should. Best part is you can get it lifetime warranty just register the product in time with Ridgid.

No issues with RIDGID Grinder, this is my 2nd grinder, because I liked the first one! The only issue was that Home Depot removed it from their on-line products, even call Ridgid about it and they only said that HD removed it ! Please Keep all RIDGID products… thanks !

Excellent mid priced grinder for homeowners or less than industrial use. Easy to hold, change discs and easily moved shield. Third Ridgid I have had, burned the first 41/2″ one up using a 7″ concrete blade on it, my fault. Now have a 7″ for heavy work and this for smaller jobs.
