Overall it is a great unit. I couldn’t move the belt tension handle. The locks were released as called for in instructions. I will contact the company to see if all is OK.

I really like this drill. It seems like a very solid, well built machine. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because changing the belts on the pulleys to change speeds seems like it is going to be a real pain. I love the keyless chuck. Assembly was easy.

This drill press is very sturdy and very easy to assemble. The speed ratio changes are easy to change. The belt tightener works easy and locks well. The chuck is a bit difficult because it does not center the bit well. I often get a wobble and have to reset it. The crankless chuck is great improvement and does not let the bit slip when drilling in heavy metal. Do not buy the WREN vise that comes up on the Home Depot Webb site as a recommended accessory. It is a complete zero value and a waste of money. I have yet to replace it with a satisfactory product.

Drill press functions as expected. I had to chase the threads in order to install the chuck due to rust build up and the packaging was destroyed when i received it but it gets the job done. A great value for the price.
