I like that the nailer comes with a lifetime warranty on seals and drivers. I’ve had issuses in the past with Ridgid nailers.

Using a 6 gallon pancake and 50 ft hose at 100-105 lbs, gun has worked great for the small area repairs I do. I love the bumpers that keep it from sliding, and the select fire is great to have an option. The first coil used the dry fire lockout perfectly, but the next 15 or so coils since hasn’t worked at all. Not a huge problem but it’s a feature that should be working. Only other complaint is there’s NO HOOK OPTION! Man, would it be great to have it hooked in a belt going up 20 ft of ladder.

Finished doing 1600 sq. ft of roof last week and it work well. I only had one time when it didn’t fire and couple times it double fired(two nails side-by-side) which I just left in. Only complaint is the guide for setting next shingle has a rounded edge, which causes it to jump up over the shingle.

After 30 sq. of shingles the gun has worked without a jamb. Only a couple of miss fires that could probably be caused by the nail coils. So far I am very happy with the performance. Has a different feel than the bostich but my last bostich skips a lot and even after a rebuild kit doesn’t work right so I decided to give the ridged a try. The only thing is the 2 part door for loading the nails is a little more cumbersome than the single door of the bostich.

Got eight coils through it now. Performs well. Happy with purchase. Only I was expecting to be as described was the grip. Handle size is good. The compound they use for the grip so it’d feel more ‘sticky’ in the hand isn’t so sticky. Definitely recommend.
