Lightweight and easy to handle. Blade change is easy. Good tool and well designed. Good price and especially with the lifetime warranty.

I had one that lasted for about 20 years and was one of my favorite tools – the day it died I bought a replacement!

This is a great saw for residential use. It can be used with one hand and fit into places where a larger tool can’t fit. Also, the saw can be switched from orbital to straight cutting by flipping a switch. However, it’s not for major demo, the stroke is only 1/2 inch and the motor is only 6 amps – think of this tool as a variation of a jig saw.

Proper size for purpose. However it gets hot easily.

This is my second one. I still have my first one from years back. I use it mostly to trim two large trees on my property two times a year. It has never stopped or slowed down. There nothing this can’t cut when you have the right blade attached. Blade change takes about 5 seconds and never loosens.

Went trough two of these saws within 2 years for my needs. Was looking for something light weight and small which was perfect, but both saws seized up from minimal usage. Unfortunatley, there arent Many saws in that size to opt for. Disapointed

Works great

Great saw! This is my second one since I failed to register my first. This one is registered so that I have the life time warranty. I think the original one just needs new brushes.I do highly recommend it.

Did everything I was hoping it would do. Just wish it was little more powerful.

Have used this product before and liked it. Was disappointed that the new model 3101 weighs more than the 3100 I had before. Other than that it works fine.
Linnie Lesch (verified owner) –
This saw has been great. I have enjoyed using it and it seems durable and efficient.

Easy too use.

This is exactly as it is advertised. You can cut with one or two hands. I used it for pruning some plants that were too large for the tools I would usually use for pruning.

this tool is for light duty use only. the reciprocating gearing inside seems to be clutch based, it stop reciprocating the moment any load is on the blade but you can hear the motor turning fine. this is only couples day on the job site, not reliable.

Easy to handle and powerful enough to do most jobs. Easy to get into tight spaces.
