It features innovative THRU COOL technology that allows air flow through the center of the motor and out the sides for more efficient cooling. This technology also offers 50% more power than the previous model.

I just opened the carton after buying it and although it has a nice balance and hand feel, I noticed that it doesn’t have a speed limiting dial adjustment that would control its operating speed. Yes, the trigger switch is speed adjustable depending on how much you squeeze it, but it’s difficult to hold a steady operating speed, especially if you have to change or adjust your hold on it or change the angle that you are cutting with it . I am a bit disappointed that this otherwise very nice toll does not have this common feature.
