Right out of the box , it’s ready to work. No assembly. Makes getting into tight corners easy. Great quality.

Works really well! Not sure if it is supposed to handle finish nails too, but they get stuck due to the nailhead being too small. Only reason im not giving 5 stars.

Extremely easy to use and effective. Sas working in a tight 14″ space with an overhang above making it even tighter, the palm nailer was able to hammer the nails with the use of only 2 fingers. Very maneuverable and easy to manage, low vibration as well

Used the nailer to build a 12 X 24 covered deck. It worked great on every size nails we used. It is a lifesaver on those small spaces.

This is a good palm held nail driver. It is made nicely and the cost is a plus. I used this to put up pickets on a fence. The palm nailer was ready to use right out the box. It does come with lube as well. It does have several different settings for how far you want the nail to be driven. Once you determine the setting you want to use and air pressure, this makes driving nails so much easier and saves time significantly. Occasionally some nails turned, but I had a hammer handy and pulled them out and kept going with the palm nailer. I was very impressed with this palm nailer and definitely see myself using it in the future for DIY jobs.

Perfect tool for beginners who are not too accurate with a hammer.

Perfect tool for sistering joists. I’ve nailed nearly 5# of 3″ with it and it’s been flawless so far.

Works great in tight spaces with nails with heads; doesn’t work for finishing nails. Still worth having.

I have only used a palm nailer a few times before I bought the Ridgid Palm Nailer. The others were smaller and vibrated quite a bit. This nailer does not shake you to death like others may do. I have been driving 16d and 20d nails for my current project with ease. This nailer is especially good for installing joist hangers in small places. It drove 10d, 16d and 20d nails effortlessly. The magnetic tip insures easy placement of nails quickly. I also used it to finish drive nails my framing nailer did not sink deeply due to compressor issues. I did a few “test drives” with larger finishing nails as well. Be careful of bending thinner nails. Use less pressure( 80-85 psi vs the 100 I normally use). At 100-110, you can drive a nail to China if necessary. Overall, a great palm nailer, no issues or complaints.

Never heard of one of these before till I went looking. Purchased for nailing deck hoist hangers. Man did it save a lot of time. Has worked flawlessly. Fits well in the hand, even my 9 year old has no trouble using it.Only issue I have had is with some 2” finish nails it doesn’t like the small heads and will bend them over.

I was happily surprised at how well it drove 3 1/2″ common nails into a glu-lam beam.
