Its dual bevel capability and adjustable miter table make it perfect for a wide range of cuts and applications. This is the second one I have had. I do not like the safety switch one the start trigger you have to push sideways to start the saw. The back plate walls seem to be made a little cheaper. We will see how long the start trigger last on this one before it needs to be replaced.

I’ve had this off for about 6 months and the bearings have gotten loose and makes the blade wobble which in turn makes my cuts a little off or wide of the mark

Hadn’t bought Ridgid products before so thought I’d try it. Solidly built and dialled in out of the box. Cut through ipe like butter. Really like the LED indicator which throws a shadow of the cut line. It just doesn’t work outside…

Square and true out of the box. Only issue is the location of the screw holes on the fences … you have to use a 1×3 to fit the location (a 1×2 is not tall enough) to create longer fences….

Product is great and I would have given it 5/5 except it doesn’t not have an LED cut line indicator. It has an LED light on it.. but doesn’t have a cut line. That was one of the main selling points of this daw for me, so was a bit disappointed.
