Purchased one of these drills a while ago and never wrote a product review but decided to do so to help some folks who own one of these units and have trouble shifting the drill from one gear to another, at first it was sort of a challenge to do it but I soon found out that the best method to do it is to grab the shifting selector with one hand and turn it while at the same time use your other hand to turn the drills chuck of course the drill MUST be unplugged while this operation is done,this drill has served me well in places were I need that hammer drill function while also needing a low rpm drill fir some other task, one drill two jobs can get done.
