Once you get the hang of it, it works great. You have to be sure you’re exactly square with the drywall before you drive the screws — a couple of degrees off is all it takes to keep you from sinking the screw head fully. I also found that you have to put a lot of pressure on the tool to get it to drive the screws properly.

I bought this primarily to complete my deck with composite deck boards. I’ve completed a 16×16 foot section of the deck (only about half the total size), which used about 750 screws, and it has performed perfectly. Every single one of the screws is set to the perfect depth, it would have taken me 3 times as long to do this with my impact driver and they still wouldn’t have been as consistent. If you are doing a project like this it would be foolish not to have one of these, especially for $60.

This is one of those tools that you buy thinking it’s going to make your job 10 times easier. It can do that once you get the hang of it.The depth adjustment is easy to use and stays put once you set it. Has a nice solid feel to it as well. The long lighted cord is a definite plus to this tool. You can’t go wrong with this drywall screw gun, it just took me some practice being a weekend warrior. I also found the belt clip a big bonus.

I replaced a Milwaukee screwgun that was stolen and used for years with this gun. It may not hold up as well as the Milwaukee but up to this point it seems to be a quality product. Only time will tell but you can’t beat the warranty if they stand behind it

Works as expected. Good little screw gun for the money.

A cinch to use and with the right auger drill bit it cut through a 6×6 landscape timber like butter!

Performance was acceptable for the price but the tool was not consistent in its depth string. Often screws went too deep or not all the way in.

I have used all brands of screwguns over the years. Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, etc. This gun hasoutperformed all of them. It is lightweight, powerful, and stands up to extreme abuse. NEVER had an issue with screw depth adjustment or stripping out heads as I saw posted in a review. I have been using the one I have now for at least 15 years, maybe more.
