The Ridgid 18ga nailer was just what I needed to finish a recent job. I had a Hitachi nailer (18ga) that was only about 6 months old. When using it, the nails jammed and the mechanism that feeds the nails warped making the gun unusable. I have been using the Ridgid, its worked flawlesly
