Drill had plenty of power, loved the large chuck key.

Used it for mixing thinset. Works like a charm.Minor design flaw is the presence of the forward/reverse switch next to the trigger. It is easy to hit this by accident (bad for gears).

this drill worked fine until a 12 cent bolt sheared off while drilling through a 150 year old beam. this bolt connects the chuck to the shaft from the motor. i bought this 5 years ago, because of the ridgid ‘lifetime’ warranty. because i failed to register this tool, the life-time warranty reverts to 90 days or about the life time of a dragon fly. i had used this to drill some bigger holes in tougher stuff, maybe 2 dozen and stirred some grout for a bathroom redo. i figured i paid about $4 per use. the worst part, they knew that i bought it, when i bought it, and still wouldn’t help me. it’s all a ridiculous scam to collect marketing data, my first and last Ridgid tool.

Powerful drill. Surpassed expectations.

The drill is a great addition to my power tools. Powerful, dependable since it’s corded. It’s convenient with some battery operated drills but there not as powerful and dependable since you always need to charge batteries and have a backup battery. Easy to change bits to adapt to your projects. It’s bit heavy to hold since I’m a lady but it’s a great dependable power tool.

Better than my cordless when taking to the brick or cinder-block, however if you are going to use it on the foundation floor, get the roto hammer instead.

Actually had to return because it was too powerful for our specific need but it was not the fault of your product.

For the price versus rechargeable drills, hands down worth it IMO

This is one of those tools that I have used, abused, put away wet, and it just keeps working like day 1. This thing beats some of my Bosch and DeWalt drills. When I need a drill for a hard, dirty job, when it’s raining, I grab this bad boy. 5 years after I purchased it, it still keeps going.
Zora Kub (verified owner) –
It did everything I needed to complete my job.
