Surprising actually, that you get what seems like a true 12 volt power from such a small size. I wouldn’t be running a construction crew with it between quick-turn Apartments it’s perfect and cuts down on the Belt-weight

Well built, good balance in hand. Very quick battery charge offsets the lower amp-hour rating of the included batteries vs. other capacities in this series. The case has good capacity and I can carry a handheld driver from the same series in it as well.

I received this Drill Driver for my Birthday back in 2009 from my wife and daughters. I registered it, so I have the lifetime batteries replacement, which I’ve used for both batteries once thus far. As a home owner handyman it has worked great and is still going strong. I’d recommend this drill/driver.

Anybody that buys another product other than Ridgid with life time warrantee isn’t thinking straight ! For the money hands down you will never go wrong. Just make sure you re-register any new batteries of parts after receiving them from Ridgid.

This my second of these drills, and it performs as well as the first one that lasted about 10 years. Good torque and battery life in a small package. I would have given it 5 stars but the charger was Dead on Arrival. I tried to return it at the store but they needed the whole kit back, and I didn’t want to be without a drill for another couple of weeks. I registered with Rigid, but that hasn’t gotten me anywhere yet. Good thing the old charger still works.

I have had this drill for about a month and have used it on two repair projects. My preference was for the pistol grip drill type to replace an old one. The drill has plenty of power for a 3/8 drill, and is well balanced. I especially like the large carrying case and the semi-rigid sides that allow it to be stacked on a shelf and carry bits and stuff.
