This radio now provides a charger for all RIDGID 18-Volt Batteries so you can complete any job while still rocking out. With the RIDGID Radio App, you can stream music wirelessly from your phone while charging it at the same time in the integrated USB port. With registration, this tool is backed by the Industry’s Only Lifetime Service Agreement. The 18-Volt Bluetooth Charging Radio includes two AAA batteries, an auxiliary cable, and an operator’s manual. Battery and charger sold separately.

Solid build and good sound. Some distortion at high volume levels, but it’s to be expected with a radio built for work. Used at the job, camping and around the yard in general and has performed great. I have no complaints about this radio, and would reccomend.

Great idea with the charging bluetooth radio. I like that it is dual-powered as well. The sound is not the best, but on a job site, any music is better than no music. I wish that it would be louder for bigger areas. I have to have the bass on “0” or it sounds very distorted.

I bought this radio before owning any other ridgid tools and it has been the most used by far! Everyday it gets put on the job site it has seen globs of thinset, pounds of sawdust, paint, mud. I even left it on the tailgate of my service truck and flung it off into the road making a hard left turn and pulled over to grab it and found it sitting there with minor scratches battery still in the radio and powered right up!!
