My husband took it to the job site and was unable to get the local radio station. He shut his off and listen to the carpenters radio. We’ve purchased a lot of Rigid products due to the price of the competition. Guess as the old saying goes you get what you pay for…lessons learned two saws-all’s later. Not impressed with durability.

The only complaint I have on this radio is at night the display is pretty bright and does not dim.The old Gen 4 had a orange light that wasn’t too bad this one’s a white light.
