The amount of torque this tool has for being a 1/4″ drive is unbelievable. I replaced a Ryobi that was heavier and not nearly the torque. The Ryobi was ok for the first time and at the time not a lot of choices. With the life time warranty on the tool, charger and batteries you can’t beat this!!

I have a number of Rigid 18V tools already so my expectations were pretty high for this tool. It’s only been a month but so far this has exceeded my expectations. Having 3 speeds/torque levels is great and I really like how they changed it so that you can turn the lights on without the tool running.

This is my 2nd of this product. I had my last one for seven years and only had to have the charger replaced. Old one never failed to perform and I put it through tough work including accidentally knocking it into a drain bucket of 80-90 gear box oil. RARELY wore down a battery through an 8hr plus day. Then I ran over it with a semi-truck. New one has 3 torque settings and has more power than the old one did when new.HIGHLY recommend for quality, price, power and warranty.JW, Tulsa. Ok

I have to say this is the 5tth or 6th drive I’ve owned. All the others big name brands and price. My Foreman asked me to buy these and give them a try. This driver has all the features that most don’t. It has more power than others we have and weighs the same as some 12 volt drivers we have. Comfortable . Now (i’m not a sales person for Ridged or Home Depot) look at it’s price . Look at it warranty on the tool and battery , Even the charger.. Why would I want to buy something else? We are on Ridged’s wagon
