Really good drill and powerful, feels like a 20-volt drill. I used it on a garage tool organizer project, and it did a fabulous job. I had no problem drill a 3” screws into the studs.

This drill is a little dynamo. The only issue I’ve encountered is that the first one I had burnt out during some severe duty. I went to Home Depot to obtain a replacement and they told me I hadn’t registered it so I could not receive a replacement. I took them at their word and purchased a new one. It was when I registered the new one that I discovered that I had actually registered the first one. I had already disposed of the burnt out one, so I guess I’m out of luck on the deal. I could use two if there’s a way to make that happen.

I like the product a lot. However, this set came with 2 additional batteries, so I have 4 total. Your system would only let me register the hammer drill, charger and TWO (2) of the batteries under the LSA program, which is not right. It said the 2 additional batteries would only be covered under the standard 3-year warranty. Not sure why since they were SOLD with the kit overall. Very disappointed in the customer service, thought I was getting something better with Ridgid.
