I bought this tool as a Home Depot special buy, which came as a package deal the 1/2 impact, 4aH battery and charger. I have a more in-depth review and unboxing on my youtube channel “What the Hoot.” This impact has a crazy powerful 1500ftpd breakaway torque rating and 1100ftpd fastening power. Make sure to register this product within 90 day to get the Rigid LSA (Lifetime Service Agreement).

Great product!. used it for about a month now. Just be careful tightening bolts with it. One of my guys broke 2 suspension control arm bolts tightening them. Uggh! lol Well worth the money.My only complaint with Ridgid is their warranty repair shops. You have to find one, and then take it to them. This is a big hassle and no one has time for this. We should be returning to Home Depot and then they ship it out to their repair vendors! Otherwise great product.

This tool is the real deal. Used it to pull parts at a junkyard and didn’t find anything it couldn’t handle. Pulled 4X4 spindle nuts without removing the cutter pin on one or prying out the jam on others.

This Impact wrench is really unbelievable it has so much Torque. I have a npr hd Isuzu Diesel delivery truck with 41 mm lug nuts it took them off like they were hand tightened. I know that the last time that I had a flat tire that the lug’s were put on with a very big air impact. I highly recommend this ridged impact.

This Drill has some really power and was a great buy. However it does not continue to hammer down on a bolt when I want it to. Most of the time it will just stop and I have the pull the trigger again when, I do in fact believe I did turned auto mode off. But then sometimes it doesn’t so hey it could just be a operator error.

Wrench appears to have plenty of both tightening and releasing torque. Automatic setting are handy but takes a bit to get used to. Wrench is a little heavy when used with a large capacity battery but thats to be expected with a heavy duty impact wrench. Overall, I love it!
