Bought this for working on personal vehicles at home and works wonders for the tight spaces when doing brakes and other jobs when a compact impact is needed. Giving this a 5 out of 5 as this tool has expanded what I can do as a DIY guy but would love if this came in a 12v version with the batter in the handle and no large battery on the bottom of the tool. Would make getting in those tight spaces even easier.

Purchased with milwaukee stuby the head of ridgid is smaller and being 18v longer battery life but the battery area of ridgid makes it larger I kept the stuby because over all it was able to get in tighter spots and I had mil batteries but the ridged has better auto remove mode it slows down after breaking bolt great tool kind of wish I could have kept it

I was shocked when I got home and found it had no battery or charger with it………….How do you expect people to use it without these items? For $140.00 it definitely should have them with it@. I live 40 miles from where it was purchased and that was upsetting. I have other Rigid tools but DID NOT expect this from Rigid!
