So far So good. Used it to remove some aftermarket running boards on a 2005 ford explorer sport track SLT. They weren’t too rusty but had been mounted for some time. The 3/8 inpact wrench zipped the bolts (18) right out. I’m looking forward to using it a lot and you can’t beat the warranty.

I got the driver as part of a package special. It was a fantastic value and it has good power. The deal – 3/8 in drill, 3/8 in impact driver, 1/4 in impact driver, 2-2.0amp batteries and charger with carrying bag and belt clips for 199.00!!

This drill has exceeded my expectations. I usually use the Milwaukee series at my job more often but this one has out worked the Milwaukee version.

This impact is pretty impressive for the size that it is. I work in an industrial setting and whenever i need it for a suitable job it gets it done. And it handles the rigors of work without any let down in performance. What i will say is that it is kind of clumsy meaning that the battery sticks out further than the 3/8 anvil on the impact. So if there is anything in the way you either have to put an extension or try and figure out what is the best angle or position to put the impact in, wether it be upside down or any other awkward position and sometimes you still might not get to whatever it is you are driving in or out. Maybe they should of made it so the battery slid in backwards so it wouldn’t be int the way so much but who knows.

Works great. Used it to take lug nuts of of a ATV and it worked great. Plenty of power. Small and compact and easy to use.

This tool although small in size, it certainly packs a punch. Although I’ve owned it for less than a month, it’s already saved me from numerous headaches . Some people like to compare this to the Kobalt Compact wrench but this tool along with the LSA is a no brainer from me. Now if only RIDGID can release a cordless ratchet, it would make my world complete!!

This is a great 3/8” impact gun! I’m happy I waited for the sub-compact model to be released. The size, weight and power is amazing. It comes in handy on a daily basis as a diesel mechanic.

It is amazing how compact this tool is for the work it can do. I read up on Brushless DC motors and was impressed with the power they can generate given the volume the motor requires.I am an assembler and I’ve used this tool several times a week since I purchased it in July 2020. It drives and removes 6″ lag bolts with ease and quickly draws tight 5/16″ carriage bolts. A 2 Ah battery provides ample runtime for my regular use. However, I don’t think it would be wise to use this wrench on anything smaller than a 5/16” or 12 mm bolt. It could twist apart smaller bolts… well it did, actually.Using a 1/2′ to 3/8″ reducer, I’ve also used it to remove and reinstall the lug nuts on my car when I rotate my tires. The “Auto Stop” feature that interrupts the drive when it starts to impact – setting 4 – is particularly useful for this because I prefer to torque the lug nuts by hand. However, if your lug nuts were seriously over-torqued, this tool might not be powerful enough to remove them because it’s max rating of 225 ft/lbs. of breakaway torque could prove insufficient.I paid top-dollar for this tool. Currently the price is down for the 2020 holidays and it can be had as a bonus tool if you purchase the 1/4″ sub-compact drill driver and impact driver kit.Even if all you use it for is to rotate your tires, it is worth owning.

This was a good choice. It was a small impact wrench but the capacity is on par with its big brother impact wrench. The price was excellent. It was a great purchase via web and in store pickup
