Takes a little time to get used to the power but the variable speed function helps. Solid construction and comfortable grip without any weight bias.Blade change is simple and fast. This is the only Jig Saw that you will need and with the reliability that Rigid is well known for it is a good buy

Amazing tool. Way better than any jig saw I have owned in the past. Currently cutting 60 sheets of good one side 1/2″ plywood with down tooth blade T101R set with zero blade oscillation. The cut is as fast as a circular saw but way cleaner. Battery life is good too. My only caution would be to make sure the blade lock is lubricated or the blade lock becomes hard to move.
