I purchased the set for my son as a Christmas gift. I choose Ridgid for 2 reasons, first being the warranty….real lifetime warranty you can’t go wrong…second: I do roofing and use the Ridgid roofing nail gun (3 of them) and it has been my most reliable tool. I have dropped it off the roof on accident a couple of times and it works just fine, unlike the other nail guns I have used that will just stop working.
