Ok I had trouble registering with the LSA, but figured it out – you don’t do each tool individually. Use the ‘R’ number on your receipt for the entire combo (I’m new to Ridgid).Biggest complaint: These are NOT all Gen5x!!! Some are X4, such as the JobMax. I’m not sure how I feel about this, this seems very sneaky because the pictures show Gen5x on most tools, and the JobMax, which is X4, is not shown. It feel misleading, but maybe it’s a lack of research on my end.Tools seem great, I’m excited to get into the Ridgid line.The wife, who has no tool experience, used it and immediately commented “Wow, this is amazing”. It IS amazing. I am impressed. Ridgid, make an OCTANE COMBO. I’d pay MORE than DeWalt and Milwaukee for the LSA! Make a TOPNOTCH combo kit, people will pay for it!!! And if they won’t pay for a premium combo kit, they’d pay for this one.

After trying and rejecting several other manufacturers, these were exact same specs that came with the tooling originally. This is the ONLY supplier that had original spec replacements.For the record tell Home Depot to talk to Rigid about warranty on batteries. The sign over the Rigid Tool Table infers that batteries are includedin the lifetime warranty. THEY ARE NOT, but they don’t tell you that.

Bought this combo set and had it delivered, ironically it was faster to ship it to my house than to ship it to the store. The price could have been a little lower. Paired this set with a 9 Ah 4-pack battery set. The impact runs for 3 days of heavy use on 1 charged 9 Ah battery. The Jobmax gets hot fast when using it for more than 10 minutes at a time. This the only complaint I have about the entire set. I would recommend this combo to the home owner as well as the professional contractor/carpenter.-Michael S-
