Gave it 4 stars because I haven’t had the chance to really put them to work yet. They seem well built though. There is a hesitation between trigger pull and when the motor starts on all the subcompact tools I’ve used so far. Just have to get used to that. Wish the impact driver had different power settings, it is only adjustable by your trigger control. I love how light they are. Makes for easy work especially in tight spaces.

Use them for work. They pack a lot of power in a little package. All I need now is to buy the 1/2 drive high torque to complete my collection. Thinking about getting rid of my air tools. Rigid needs to come up with a ratchet to finish it off for Milwaukee.

I work on many different types of things from small engines to large vehicles. When most people hear that they think about Milwaukee tools, and their stubby impacts. I tell them I use Rigid they look at me like I have 7 heads. Why wouldn’t you, 225 foot pounds of torque compared to Milwaukee’s 250, where this one will have a more constant number, Milwaukees has very bad fluctuation. More compact than the M12 stubbies by almost a full inch. 1 battery type to worry about, not 2. Lifetime warranty no questions asked. I will recommend this over Milwaukee or any other brand always. Plus I like the color orange a lot more than red, so that’s a huge plus.
